• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@referlytics.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Referlytics is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access if you fail to secure your credentials.

You may connect your social media accounts to access analytics, insights, and campaign tools.

• You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn).
• Prohibited Uses include:
• Scraping, data harvesting, or attempting to bypass API limits.
• Misrepresenting identity, campaigns, or performance.
• Reverse engineering, tampering, or disrupting system functionality.
• Using Referlytics for fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful activities.

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the content and data from your connected accounts.
• License to Referlytics: By connecting accounts, you grant Referlytics a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access, process, and display your data for the purpose of providing analytics and campaign matching.
• Third-Party Platforms: Data from social networks is governed by their respective terms and APIs. We do not control or guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party data.
• Anonymized Data: We may aggregate and anonymize data for statistical reporting, product development, and benchmarking.

• Certain features may require a paid subscription.
• Pricing, billing cycles, and payment methods will be disclosed at sign-up.
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Fail to maintain accurate account or billing information.
• You may close your account at any time.

• The Services and insights are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that analytics, campaign outcomes, or performance predictions will be accurate, timely, or error-free.
• Third-party services (e.g., social platforms, APIs) may restrict or change access without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Referlytics is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Lost profits, revenues, or data.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
• Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

• Referlytics retains all rights, title, and interest in its Services, software, trademarks, and content.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written consent.

Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.

• By using the Services, you acknowledge that Referlytics may process personal data in accordance with GDPR, NDPR, POPIA, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable laws.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including data protection, intellectual property, and advertising standards.

• You must also comply with the terms of the third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X) when connecting accounts.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Referlytics, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Infringement of rights of third parties.
